Purpose of job: To serve food and beverage at Herbert Park Hotel in accordance with standards and policies set up. To follow through service, hygiene and lobby standards as set out by the manager and the hotel. Responsible to: Operations Manager, Duty Managers, Restaurant Supervisor.
