We are a small dynamic and varied business, looking for an Accounts/Office Administrator to join a friendly team on a Full Time basis, within a welcoming and engaging environment. ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATION General Accounts Administration Ensure Timely Processing of Invoices Prepare Payment Runs Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations Invoice Reconciliations Till and Credit Card Reconciliations CUSTOMER SERVICE Deal with all customer and customer inquiries in a friendly, timely manner Ensure all customer queries are recorded and passed on in the relevant way. The successful candidate must have a good understanding of Accounts Receivable and Payable. A Proficient user of Microsoft Office. Must be self-motivated and proactive, and have superb interpersonal and communication skills.
