University/College degree or degree calibre preferably from telecommunications or Radio Engineering background.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&#10;&lt;p&gt;2. Knowledge of DACC&amp;#8217;s equipment&amp;#8217;s&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&#10;&lt;p&gt;3.
