This world leading Nutrition Company seeks an experienced Marketing Manager for a new role within the Marketing Team.

Qualifications required

• Marketing/Business Degree and/or a qualification or background in Nutrition/Science / Healthcare

• It will be an advantage to have a combination of the two but not essential

• Sales experience desirable

Experience required

• 5 – 6 years experience in total in the Pharmaceutical or FMCG Sales & Marketing Business marketing field

• At least 4 years experience in a product management or equivalent role at a leading company with a knowledge of product management/marketing practices

• Knowledge and experience of local market

• Highly developed presentation and communications skills

• A strong understanding of the healthcare/ pharmaceutical market and in particular Healthcare Professionals and key opinion formers is essential for this role

• Involvement in developing comprehensive and complex marketing/product reports, which measure profitability by, product, channel, category, retailer etc.

• Computer Literacy is essential for the role, Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel. Lotus

• Strong reporting writing skills

Job Purpose

• Specifically responsible for the development of marketing strategies for Faltering Growth, Allergy Relief and Metabolic categories and the implementation of plans across these categories to achieve agreed share and financial objectives.

• Develop and implement in conjunction with MD, other Business/Product Managers the annual strategic marketing plan for Faltering Growth, Allergy Relief and Metabolic categories

• Manage, coach and develop a team of profeesional marketeers towards achieving agreed objectives and KPIs specific to the category responsibilities.

• In conjuction with other departments within the organisation develop a long term (3-5 year) plan for all three categories that will take and create maximum opportunities relative to a changing marketplace.

• Develop marketing business objectives which are fully aligned to the brand strategy for the range of products in their portfolio.
