Business Process, Process Mapping, Process Improvement, BPM, BPR role with exciting new insurance business in Dublin City Centre. Working within the business as a process specialist in this role you will; define the operations processes, drive process modelling and workflow implementation; work closely with IT to ensure systems meet the business needs.
Experience with any business process tools such as Lean and Six Sigma (Green Belt) would be of particular interest.

Experience in underwriting Public Sector and Custom Markets (Affinity Associations Schemes) risks would be an advantage though not essential.

Proven Relationship management skills are essential for success in this role. A proactive and positive approach to Customer Service is essential.
