Nursing Home Manager/ Nurse Manager - West Wicklow


At Jackie Brown Medical, we are looking for a Nursing Home Manager/ Nurse Manager for a position in a unique private care facility in West Wicklow.


This Clinical Nurse Manager will lead and manage a small care unit of 14 beds and will take on both Nursing Home Management and Nurse Manager duties.



For this position, you must fill the following criteria:
- Fully qualified Nurse/ RGN
- Registered with An Bord Altranais and have full work permits
- Gerontology course completed/ extensive experience with care of the elderly
- 5 years minimum post registration nursing experience - preferably some of which in an elderly setting
- 3 years minimum in a Nurse Management/ Nursing Home Management position
- Have a working knowledge of HIQA - Set up and/ or procedures
- Have proven clinical and professional managerial ability, leadership,communication and organisational skills.
