Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) Clinical Support


Basic Requirements:


• Bachelors Degree (BSc) in a technical field or equivalent.
• An interest in working in the medical sector essesntial
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Proven attention to detail and follow through.
• Clean, full driving licence.

• Communication Skills - Is open and receptive to other people.
• Flexibility & Adaptability - Can deal with several tasks at once.


Roles & Responsibilities:

Having completed the companys comprehensive training and mentoring programme, your role and responsibilities reflect the Company's skills requirements.

Customer Relationships:
• Ability to establish and develop good working relationships with customers, Physicians, Hospital administrators and medical groups.
• Maintain contact with Physicians, Cath Labs, Cardiology Departments and Hospitals to promote and sell Cardiac Medical devices.
• Service assigned accounts, and suggest/present new products and proactively develop new opportunities.
• Provide clinical consultation, teaching and support on the implantation of devices and appropriate application in the clinical setting.
• Provide accurate technical support/troubleshooting.
