Finance Analyst

Primary Purpose and Function: To support the Finance department, be an integral part of the Finance team and perform specific Daily, Weekly and Month-end duties as directed by the Financial Accounting Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Intercompany AR function, including Interco eliminations
- Month end Reporting Procedures
- Weekly and Monthly payment runs
- Preparation of Monthly Sales Branch Accounts to strict deadlines
- Reconciliation and Analysis of Balance sheet accounts
- Preparation of external reports such as Intrastat, Revenue etc.
- Liaise with Internal & External auditors
- Preparation of Ad hoc financial reports for management
Requirements
- Qualified or Part qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA desirable or Certified Accounting Technician
- Minimum of 3 years AR experience working in a busy Finance department of a multi-national manufacturing company.
- Strong General Ledger and sub-ledger experience
- Excellent organisational skills with proven abilities in regard to accuracy and attention to detail.
- The successful candidate would need to be able to work on his / her own initiative, with minimum supervision, in a busy dynamic environment.
- Expert user knowledge of Excel, SAP and LSS techniques a distinct advantage
