Change Management - Project Manager role in Bank
New position for an experienced Change Manager with strong experience of managing change in commercial banking environments. This is a position with a leading global banking corporation with a major Dublin based operation where you will act as the business interface to the central functions of Project Management and Technology.
Lead and co-ordinate the assessment and impact of changes, ensure appropriate governance of change activities including assessment of priorities and business drivers for change etc.
Role / opportunity:
• Change Management of business process, IT capabilities and cultural acceptance
• Working in an investment banking business
• Project Management
• Project Planning
• Managing senior business stake holders
• Identify and manage issues, risks and change control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Reporting on project status
• Resource Management
• Working collaboratively with other project managers
• Liaison with Technology and Business Groups
• Manage project
Skills / experience:
• 7+ years relevant commercial experience
• Strong Change Management experience
• Good understanding of the functions within an Asset Servicing business
• Proven Background of delivering to deadlines
• Strong people influencing skills
• Experience of working within one or more of the core Asset Servicing functions - Transfer Agency & Fund Accounting
