An excellent opportunity is available for an intelligent and experienced Senior SharePoint Developer to design, prototype, develop, and implement software applications in a SharePoint platform. The successful candidate will be an experienced SharePoint Developer who understands and sets a high bar for all parts of the software development and deployment life cycle; including design, development, documentation, testing and operations. They must be able to conceptualize solutions and explain the concepts to technical and non-technical individuals, be self-sufficient, and able to deliver high quality results in a fast paced environment.
Role / Opportunity
• Deliver a localization support design and prototype, and
proceed through development and release
• Development of Custom SharePoint WebParts
• Finalize design and develop production solution
• Thoroughly document development work completed using
established team standards
• Present work to peers, supervisors, clients (must be
comfortable speaking to technical and non technical
audiences)
• Provide proactive solutions and recommendations for
improvements to any aspect of the project
• Drive effective teamwork, collaboration and commitment
across multiple teams
• Be a hands-on leader and involved in all aspects of
development including coding, testing, and quality assurance
Skills / Experience
• 3+ years experience leading Microsoft SharePoint (WSS 3.0,
MOSS 2007) architecture, dministration, design, and
development
• High level of expertise in ASP.Net 2.0/3.0, ASP.NET, C#.,
and SQL Server
• Experience with InfoPath Form Services and Object
Model Development
• Experience with OO design and implementation techniques
• Ability to work independently or as a part of a collaborative
development team
• Excellent ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues and
bugs independently
• Effective prioritization and management of tasks in a
fast-changing environment
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate
with non-technical team members
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
experience and self-study
Salary / Remuneration: 60,000 - 70,000 + Pension, Bonus
