Contract Project Manager Investment Bank
Contract Project Manager as part of a regional and cross divisional project team, taking full responsibility for the delivery of high profile projects. You will manage projects, coordinate internal resources and vendor resources , manage stake holders expectations and have budgetary control on the successful delivery of projects.
Taking projects through initiation, planning, resource allocation, scope management, management controls etc
This is a Dublin city centre based role and will be a long term contract which by past experience is expected to extend.

You need to be a strong Project Manager and have a background in capital markets or investment banking or Funds (derivatives, operations, brokerage knowledge is of particular interest)

Role / opportunity:
• Project Manager
• Project planning, initiation, management of deliverables
• Delivering high profile mission critical projects to the business
• Managing expectations of senior stake holders
• Reporting on project progress
• Managing project resources and budget
• Working in the capital markets area (investment banking or funds experience is suitable)
• Long term contract

Skills / experience:
• 8+ years commercial experience
• 6+ years Project Management, delivering large scale projects
• Must have experience in Investment Banking or Capital Markets or Funds business area
• Experience of the Software Development Life Cycle and delivering software projects
• Helpful to be PM or Prince2 certified

Rate:
• 450-500 per day
