Cpl Solutions, in partnership with its client a highly successful global bank immediately requires a Senior Java Developer to work on a contract basis in Dublin.

You will work with the latest technologies on one of the largest corporate e-banking systems.

Role:

Design, develop and support high performing Java code.

Influence design and architecture.

Work with the Application and Domain architects in design and product selection.

Develop in a rapid prototyping environment.

Skills required:

At least six years experience as a Java Developer.

J2EE programming experience is necessary.

Web Services, Web Services security, SOA, Design Patterns.

Spring/Struts, Hibernate, SQL.

Websphere Application Servers.

Knowledge of one or more of MQ Series/JMS/TIBCO Messaging.

Experience developing for a Service Oriented Architecture at an enterprise level.

Flexibility to work on complex highly scalable and mission-critical enterprise projects with international scope.

Team lead ability with strong communications skills.

An innovative frame of mind - open to learning new technologies and techniques

Ability to understand business drivers and balance business needs, timelines, costs and best practices.

Excellent debugging and problem solving skills.

Good Analytical skills.

Experience with Banking and Cash management applications and process would be advantageous.
