A leading Cross Border Life Insurance company based in Dublin have a new vacancy for a Compliance Manager. Reporting into Head of Legal & Compliance the role offers great exposure, responsibility and genuine progression opportunities.
Role
-This is a new, high profile and crucial role for this organisation where you will manage a small compliance team.
-Act as support for the Operations Dept relating to daily compliance, AML, Data Protection, Trust/IHT queries etc.
-Ensuring new product development and promotional/marketing materials adhere to regulatory requirements.
-Liaise with the Irish Regulator as well as the Regulators for the other International Markets where business is focused.
-Drafting Monthly and Quarterly compliance reports
-Training team members.
Experience
-To qualify you should have a background in Compliance within the Cross Border Life Insurance Sector (Pan European Insurance)
-Experience of IFSRA as well as dealing with some other European Regulators such as UK, Italy, Benelux, Spain, Nordics.
-Minimum 5yrs experience.
-Holder of the Professional Diploma in Compliance (or willingness to undertake the exams in the short term)
