My client, a global company, is currently seeking an ambitious graduate to become a Trainee taxation consultant/ Vat returns technician. This is a great opportunity to build your career in a fantastic company!

At first, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues in relation to the maximising of VAT for refund purposes. This would involve deciding on the eligibility of transactions, ensuring all information and documentation required for a refund is obtained and provided to the relevant VAT Authorities.
As your experience develops, you will be introduced to more complex advisory, consulting and compliance services with exposure to clients and suppliers.
Candidate profile:
· Graduate with business related 3rd level qualification, Business studies, Accounting, Finance etc
· Fluency in English, plus either Italian, Spanish or French
· Minimum of 1 year's experience in a book-keeping role, to include the completion and submission of vat returns - desirable
· Client Focused - ability to interact with clients and ensure issues are resolved to the clients satisfaction
· Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
· The ability to work in a team
· Analytical and problem solving skills
· Highly motivated with an ability to deliver to set targets and deadlines
· Excellent attention to detail with an emphasis on quality output
