Area Overview:
Staffing Programmes - Our mission is to ensure our recruiters draw from precisely targeted applicant pools. The University team, operating within the Staffing Programmes group, establishes, builds and maintains relationships with university departments, career centers and student organisations.
The objective is to promote and enhance the clients campus visibility in order to recruit and hire top, emerging talent.
Role Overview:
As a University Programmes Coordinator, you will work closely with other members of the University team to support and manage campus recruiting activities and outreach such as company presentations, career panel sessions, interviews, and events with targeted student groups.
You will be the clients initial conttact person for candidates, and you will lead resume reviews for various internal departments.
This is a dynamic position where you will be challenged to devise innovative ways to compel top student candidates to apply to the candidate.
Significant travel is required, especially during recruiting season.
Key Responsibilites:
- Assist specialists and managers and contribute to the development of various strategic university programs;
- Collaborate with marketing and external providers to create, edit and distribute marketing materials and giveaways;
- Make travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, book hotels, liaise with university career centres to reserve and prepare events;
- Manage online university job boards, payment processes, and perform other administrative tasks;
- Screen candidates, schedule interviews, coordinate group interview days.
Candidate Requirments:
- BA/BS degree;
- Experience in recruiting (preferably in graduate recruiting), or in program/event management, recruiting or HR;;
- Ability to prioritise multiple functions and tasks;
- Proven ability to contribute in a fast-paced, changing work environment;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel;
- Fluency in English is required, fluency in another European language preferred;
