Customer Service Manager - Swedish

The position of Team Manager has arisen with one of our major clients - a multi-national provider of out-sourced customer service solutions to the IT sector.
Managing a 15 man strong team covering the Swedish Market, the over riding objective of your role will be deliver a professional customer service to your client through expert supervision of your staff.
Duties will include;-
- Mentor, train and pro-actively develop team members in order to maximise their abilities.
- Conduct training as and when required to new and existing employees.
- By undertaking a team approach and understanding the aspirations of staff under your supervision, you will develop a stable and constructive working environment.
- HR responsibilities;- involvement in recruitment process, deal with personnel issues as and when they arise, ensure that staff have adequate training, staff appraisals.
- On a daily basis interact with your client, address any issues and feedback findings to the team.
Skills required;-
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Fluency in English and Swedish
- Good PC knowledge
- 2/3 yrs supervisory experience with a customer service environment .
- Motivational skills
- Ability to adapt to change.
Salary up to 30k DOE .
