Financial Administrator - with Italian




Fluent French speaking Financial Administrator required for leading Financial Services Company based in West Dublin.



In addition to the language requirement, applicants will have a business/finance related degree.



Working alongside an existing team of financial professionals you will be assisting in the preparation and completion of VAT returns for a number of high profile Italian  clients.





Key Duties;-




  • Provide a professional service to clients with regards to queries relating to VAT.

  • Preparation of VAT returns

  • Liaise with local and international offices as and when required

  • Prepare all relevant documentation in conjunction with colleagues

  • General/ Ad Hoc administration duties

  • Offer 1st Class customer service on a continual basis to internal and external clients.




Skills required




  • Fluency in specific language + Fluent English

  • 3rd Level Degree - ideally in a Business relatede discipline

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal

  • Ability to work as part of a team in addition to working on own initiative as required.

  • Good understanding of MSOffice, Lotus.
