Financial Administrator with Italian
by Office Division in Dublin City Centre
Financial Administrator - with Italian
Fluent French speaking Financial Administrator required for leading Financial Services Company based in West Dublin.
In addition to the language requirement, applicants will have a business/finance related degree.
Working alongside an existing team of financial professionals you will be assisting in the preparation and completion of VAT returns for a number of high profile Italian clients.
Key Duties;-
- Provide a professional service to clients with regards to queries relating to VAT.
- Preparation of VAT returns
- Liaise with local and international offices as and when required
- Prepare all relevant documentation in conjunction with colleagues
- General/ Ad Hoc administration duties
- Offer 1st Class customer service on a continual basis to internal and external clients.
Skills required
- Fluency in specific language + Fluent English
- 3rd Level Degree - ideally in a Business relatede discipline
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to work as part of a team in addition to working on own initiative as required.
- Good understanding of MSOffice, Lotus.
