Sales Support with Italian + Fre/Ger/Spn

The Role
To Assist current sales team in the day to day management of all client accounts. To maintain and improve current customer service levels by providing excellent sales co-ordination and sales administration.
Key Responsibilities:

• Build positive relationship with accounts and contribute to good account management by driving solution of day to day customer issues.
• Proactively contribute to the sales/order closing process with existing accounts
• General sales administration - processing orders sending weekly price lists etc.
• Debtor management: following up on all customer claims and ensuring timely payment of all invoices
• Monitor and co-ordinate Sales office account customer satisfaction and complaints
• Inform customer sales teams of any new or updated products and updated price lists weekly.
• Prepare monthly/weekly reports for the sales team
• Prepare presentations and collect market data
• Flexibility in carrying out other tasks and responsibilities which may arise in order to achieve the overall purpose and success of the Sales Team

Education/Qualification
Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification a minimum

Essential Skills/Experience
The candidate must have:
• Fluency in Italian with German and or Spanish/French (verbal and written)
Intermediate level of German
• Business level English (verbal and written)
• Strong knowledge of standard Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills and organisation skills.
• Good telephone manner and knowledge of customer care environment.
• Experience in Sales, Marketing or Customer Service environment a significant advantage.
