full time Online Sales Support Spanish Norwegian

Our client a market leader in online media is seeking Spanish, Norwegian and Arabic speaking analysts to join their Customer Operations team. The Customer Operations team is dedicated to supporting and expanding the Online Sales advertisers. Team members will be responsible for demonstrating the value of the advertising solutions and providing pre and post sales support for all ad products.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide pre and post sales support for all Online Sales ad products

  • Help team to achieve revenue goals and advertiser acquisition targets

  • Gather customer feedback to enhance ad products and customer experience

  • Monitor and review ad products purchased

  • Identify trends to enhance the support process and improve team efficiency

  • Help grow the Customer Operations team in Dublin and the team's international focus

Requirements:


  • Fluency in written and conversational Spanish. Norwegian or Arabic and English

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • BA/BS degree from a leading academic institution

  • Critical thinker

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task

  • Avid Facebook user

  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment a plus

  • Valid EU work authorization.
