On Line Customer Service Agents - With Fluent Danish
Our client a leading social networking site is seeking to recruit Customer Service/ User Operations Agents to maintain and enhance the customer satisfaction of its ever expanding client base.
Applicants will be required to have native level Danish - as well as a Fluent level of English.
Other specific requirements include at least 1 yrs experience working in an on-line marketing environment, the completion of a relevant 3rd Level Degree and an appreciation and understanding of social network/on-line activities.
The main duties of this exciting position with a global leader include;-
- Offering and providing quality customer service to the company's users by responding to a wide variety of customer queries.
- Keep track of client usage - identify specific trends in order to maximise the customer service provided - at all times acting in a professional manner.
- Be aware of customer interaction with the product and report findings to other relevant departments with the company.
- At all times be aware of and react to abuses of the system and escalate findings accordingly.
- Be involved with marketing campaigns where appropriate and liaise with other departments as and when required.
Required Skills / Experience
- A native level of Danish and Fluency in English
- A 3rd Level Degree from a recognised institution
- Applicants must have excellent communication skills- both written and verbal.
- Applicants must be prepared to work hard in a fast moving environment and have the ability to multi-task on a continual basis.
- At least 1yrs experience working within on-line marketing.
- Above all, successful candidates will appreciate and understand the environment in which they are working with and offer at all times first class customer service to the end user.
