freelance First Line Manager/Call Centre Manager

by Strategic Accounts in Dublin City Centre

The role of a First Line Manager is to deliver Service Level Agreements and key performance indicators specific to commercial accounts.



Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will manage Service desks towards the internal targets that drive the KPI's set out by the Senior Mgt team.



This is a people management role and will involve motivating teams, helping them to deliver on the company's objectives and performance manage individuals where required.



This is a highly responsible job and will require excellent organisational, people and operational management skills.



Experience of managing Nordic Teams in a call centre environment is an absolute requirement. In addition, you the successful candidate must have fluency in English ideally one other Nordic language but not essential.
