Nordic Speaking Software Support Coach
by Office Division in Dublin City Centre
Software Support Coach required , with fluent English and at least one Nordic Language required to work in HP Global Solutions Centre in Dublin 4.
This is a permenant position and is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading Global Player in its field.
Responsibilities.
To assist in the technical development of the team - solving system and application problems for customers- both internal and external, on site engineers, and other users.
Repsond to calls via mail, web and telephone.
Main Objectives
Identify training needs for team
Conduct Training/ Coaching sessions for team on new products
Be aware of customer requirements .
Provide mentoring to analysts on a " one to one " basis .
Technical Requirements
Knowledge of MS Operating Systems
LINUX
UNIX
Storage Management and Data Copy
Salary
Negoatiable DOE
