Dutch speaking Technical Support Agents required working in HP Global Solutions Centre in Dublin 4.

This a permanent position with a global leader in its field.

Applicants must have a native level of both Dutch and English - spoken and written as well as extensive knowledge of the following;-

MS Operating Systems

Linux supported distributions

UNIX.

Storage Manager & Data Copy

Ideally applicants will have technical knowledge of supporting Mass Storage & Storage subsystems.

In order to be considered applicants will also have proven customer service skills working in a technical support/ customer service environment in a similar role.

You will have at least 2/3 yrs 2^nd Level Technical Support experience.

Education

3rd Level Degree


Salary; - Dependant on experience
