Experience:
You have a first experience in a call center. You have knowledge of internet and new technologies. A knowledge of high tech products will be a plus
Languages:
Swedish and English: fluent
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
In the customer service, you will be in charge of :
- dealing with requests for information
- Processing customerqueries and resolving them within the agreed timescales received via the telephone,email and ebay
- Manage the clients litigations (reclamations, complaints, etc.)
- Manage the administrative files' follow-up
