full time Dutch Speaking HR Consultant

Our client is a global leading online services provider. They are currently seeking a Dutch speaking HR Consultant to join them. This is a great opportunity for someone who has 2-5 years experience.


Duties



  • Liaising with the line manager on Recruitment needs

  • Ensure recruitment procedures are followed

  • Provide information & support on a range of employee relations issues

  • Disciplinary & policy procedures

  • Other duties & relevant projects which may arise

  • Actively involved with training & development

Requirements



  • 2-5 Years experience in similar role

  • 1+ years employee relations


  • Direct experience in a customer facing roles or environment



  • A strong ability to multi task


  • Excellent organisational & communication skills

  • University degree
