Job Description:
My client, a leading online company which is growing daily, has just opened its European Headquarters in Dublin.
They are currently seeking bright, customer focused people for a variety of exciting roles
Current vacancies are for people who hold a University degree and speak fluent English as well as native level fluency in one of the above langauges

These roles are based in fantastic new offices in Dublin city, in a dynamic and friendly environment, not a call centre

Duties will involve:
• Respond to contacts from users regarding a variety of issues
• Carefully monitor reports of abuse and analyse user activity
• Work closely with other teams
• Provide a high level of customer service via email

Requirements
• Fluency in English and one of the required languages
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• BA/BS degree
• Flexibility to take on multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Passion for ensuring a good user experience
• Valid EU work authorization
