You should have strong design skills and have a thorough understanding of Web Graphic manipulation or experience using commercial graphics editors.
You should possess expertise in usability best practices and web standards.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities :
Responsible for the production and deployment of web content (15 websites in 10 languages) through the Interwoven content management tool.
Design and code layouts using XHTML and CSS.
Responsible for graphic creation and manipulation via graphic editors such as Adobe Photoshop/Fireworks and Flash.
Create innovative & user-friendly designs that match the needs of our stakeholders (marketing).
Perform website maintenance , support & appropriate escalation via detailed testing and troubleshoot any content display issues.
Assist the organisation with various types of testing on the International sites.
Ensure site design guidelines and web best practice is adhered to at all times.
Ability to work as part of an International (EU/APAC/US) team, meet targets, deadlines and also work on own initiative.
Willing to participate in ad-hoc duties and project work when necessary.
Ability to work on rotational shifts between Monday and Sunday.

Required :
Must be able to demonstrate a keen interest/experience in web development/design.
General understanding of Web Graphic manipulation or experience using any commercial graphics editor.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop/Fireworks, Dreamweaver, Flash
Ability to understand business requirements and translate into original creative concept ideas
Possess GUI and Usability design skills
Working knowledge of (X)HTML, CSS, and web standards
Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
Good problem resolution skills.
Excellent planning and organisational skills.
Basic understanding of windows applications such as Word/Excel/ PowerPoint.
Detail oriented
Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Good team player and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work on own initiative and work as part of a large international team.
Flexible and focused on self development
Desired :
Understanding of content management systems including workflow and templating processes.
Ability to develop pages to W3C accessibility standards.
