CUSTOMER SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR (uk cross border life insurance)
Company: Our client is a global leader in insurance, asset management and retirement solutions products. This is a new start up operation with a focus on cross border life products into the UK Market.
Opportunity: As part of the Customer Service Team, the Client Services Administrator will support various activities including:
-Processing incoming mail and cash.
-Preparing and distributing client policy packs/ documents
-Responding to telephone inquiries and requests from IFA’s and UK based customers.
-Setting up and maintaining client files.
Being part of the team and supporting team members as and when required. Previous experience in cross border life insurance products is essential. UK market would be preferable.
Experience:
-Good written and verbal skills
-Flexible and adaptable to learn new processes and products
Remuneration: 27-32K DOE, 3K bonus, health insurance, 24 days leave, dc pension, educational assistance.
