• Responding to employees and managers regarding complex and sensitive issues.
  
• Providing guidance regarding interpretation of policies and programs
  
• Employee counselling, equal employment opportunity, disability services, labuor relations and/or new employee orientation.
  
• Investigate employee complaints and disputes, and recommends the company's response.
  
• Educates new and current employees on employee relations issues.
  
• Liaises with legal department and other experts to effectively deal with possible conflicts related to employment practices.

Requirements:

• BS/BA degree or educational equivalent
  
• 2-5 years HR experience including 1+ years employee relations
  
• Direct experience in a customer facing roles or environment
