Performance Excellence Manager - Spanish
An experienced Performance Excellence Manager with fluent Spanish is required for a leading provider of Insurance services in the Cork area.
The Role:
· To fulfil the role of leader within the Operations Senior Leadership Team (SLT)
· Improve the overall quality, efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the services delivered by European Operations.
· Document and re-engineer key business functions throughout the operation using appropriate methodologies.
· Utilize IT system research and analysis of departmental reports, to identify performance gaps to improve the quality, cost effectiveness, and delivery speed of products and services.
· Risk Management
Requirements:
An experienced Performance Excellence Manager with fluent Spanish is required for a leading provider of Insurance services in the Cork area.

Requirements:
- Working in a high volume insurance processing area
- Maintaining client relationships
- Previous experience managing a team
- Insurance industry experience beneficial
- Relevant post qualification experience - Black Belt Six Sigmar
- Experience required of production of internal and external reports, liaising with operational areas and auditing of internal controls within an organisation.
- Experience of maintaining the accuracy of the insurance administration records
- Experienced in use and development of automated operations and administration systems
- Knowledge of European insurance industry
- Knowledge of process flow management and improvement principles (ISO, Lean Six Sigma or other Total Quality Management methodology)

- Ability to manage a team and optimise resources
- Good personal organisation skills
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Excellent oral and written English language skills - equivalent skills in Spanish desirable
- Manage others and delegate effectively
- Problem solving and generation of solutions
- Good judgement and decision making skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office to produce documents, reports, letters and memos
Professional qualifications:
Certified Insurance Practitioner desirable, Relevant six sigma qualification or equivalent desirable.
