Experienced Telesales Agents with fluent German are required for a leading online company in the Dublin North area.The SMB Telesales Representative will be working within a European Team and be responsible for converting sales leads (primarily outbound qualified leads) into revenue generating sales through the encouragement of the use of our clients service.The SMB Representative is seen as a product expert, reference point for best practice integration, reference point for small to medium businesses.
Requirements:

Requirements:
Experience using Microsoft Office products including: Visio, Web Accept, Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience using an SFA system such as Gold Mine, ACT, Siebel or SalesForce.com also a plus
Excellent oral and written communication experience
Fluent in English and German.
Proven experience working and contributing in a team environment
Proven and strong Inbound / outbound telesales experience within a high volume targeted environment
Self motivated and target driven
Good organisation and communication skills
- Previous sales experience an advantage
