PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
• Regular attendance at review meetings with Line Manager
• Has development plan for direct reports where appropriate
• Takes the time to share knowledge/experience with colleagues
• Marketing activity undertaken to attract candidates
• Quality of candidate registration process and associated notes
• Number of candidates interviewed, tested and offered per week
• Contract audit compliance and feedback & create lasting business relationships
ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining accurate daily and weekly figures, as required by your Line Manager
• Producing realistic timetables and targets for own achievement, communicating any problems with Line Manager

• Ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining accurate daily and weekly figures, as required by your Line Manager

• Responding to all applicants and clients in a professional manner
• Managing interface with second tier suppliers
PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
• Administration deadlines met including the submission of weekly/monthly reports
• Number of payroll, invoicing etc errors
• Client / candidate feedback
• Contract audit compliance and feedback
ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Makes an effort to continually learn from experience and best practice and shares this knowledge with others.
• Matching suitable candidates to vacancies to ensure the fulfilment of SLAs
• Identifying suitable candidates and implementing appropriate methods to attract them
• Interviewing candidates within corporate guidelines to establish strengths, skills and requirements
• Testing candidates' skills and cross training if required
• Communicating all requirements of the job to the candidate, selling the role to the candidate, and the candidate to the client
• Following up on a regular basis to ensure that the client is satisfied with the field staff
• Identifying any problems with field staff and dealing with them promptly, firmly and professionally
• Developing and maintaining good relationships with field staff to ensure loyalty
• Ensuring that the field staff are aware of their employment status and benefits and that all the necessary documentation is completed.
What's required?:
Strong academic background
Have previous experience within the recruitment sector ideally within Sales or IT recruitment
