Our Client, a leading financial transactions company are looking to recruit a Hebrew speaking Customer Service Agent to work from their Dublin 15 office.
The role:
- Answering a high volume of calls originating from the Hebrew speaking market
- Following up on issues/queries to ensure an efficient service is provided and to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
- Efficiently performing general administration duties relating to the role
Requirements:
- Ability to meet and exceed targets
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office packages
- Third level education preferred however leaving certificate or equivalent is acceptable
- Minimum Stamp 4 Visa or EU residency
- Excellent organisational skills
- Customer Service experience from either a call centre, retail or hospitality background
- Fluent Hebrew and fluent English
Package:
- 24K salary
- Bonus of up to 6%
