Our Client, a leading financial transactions company are looking to recruit a Hebrew speaking Customer Service Agent to work from their Dublin 15 office.



The role:



  • Answering a high volume of calls originating from the Hebrew speaking market

  • Following up on issues/queries to ensure an efficient service is provided and to ensure maximum customer satisfaction

  • Efficiently performing general administration duties relating to the role


Requirements:



  • Ability to meet and exceed targets

  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office packages

  • Third level education preferred however leaving certificate or equivalent is acceptable

  • Minimum Stamp 4 Visa or EU residency

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Customer Service experience from either a call centre, retail or hospitality background

  • Fluent Hebrew and fluent English


Package:



  • 24K salary

  • Bonus of up to 6%
