Position: Admin Assistant (Technical Datasheets) - Product Specialist & Tenders
Reporting to: Product Specialist
Responsibilities
- To compile and translate (as necessary) technical datasheets for submission to the European Tenders Department
- To work with the European Tenders Department to ensure that the technical datasheets are supplied to meet the specific tender deadline(s)
- To source regulatory and technical information from the appropriate departments -
1. Manufacturing Plants
2. Regulatory
3. Marketing
4. Product Managers
5. Product Specialists
- To provide weekly report on status of technical datasheets
- To adhere to Quality System Process and Procedures
- Perform all duties within the guidelines laid down in Code of Conduct
Qualifications
· Experience or knowledge of Tenders & Public Procurement would be an advantage
· Technical or Business qualification would be an advantage
· Fluency in three European languages, including English - Italian & French
Requirements
· Proven track record in problem solving
· Ability to work under pressure & to tight deadlines
· Ability to communicate effectively on an individual and group basis
· Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
· Excellent knowledge of computer software packages
· Strong customer focus (Internal & External)
· Self starter and high self motivation
· Ability to multitask
· Attention to detail, with clerical speed & accuracy
