Our client a leading global medical devices company is seeking to recruit an Order processor. This is a temporary position but there are permanent opportunities for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Order Processing
Handling of miscellaneous credit activities, process timely return receipts and issue credit to the end customer.
Raise miscellaneous credit and invoices in the system.
Dealing with telephone queries and complaints.
Experience:
1 years experience within a customer service environment in a customer service role.
1 years experience of a computerised order entry or customer service system.
Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
Must be used to high levels of Data Entry.
Ideal Candidate:
Excellent attention to detail.
High level of efficiency
Must be extremly accurate.
