Telesales Outbound (German)

Responsibilities:
Responsibile for providing reports on activity.
Follow up on qualified leads (provided by lead generators) turning them into sales opportunities.
Identify and pursue new opportunities in order to fulfil challenging targets which will include cold calling and prospecting
Maintain and promote a positive and professional attitude while building collaborative relationships among potential and existing colleagues
To be involved in training and mentoring of other team members
Research market trends, opportunities and competition to support sales pitch delivery
Develop scripting and support materials as assigned.
Continue training and education to keep pace with product modifications, industry changes and sales knowledge. Participate in special projects (as needed) and perform other duties as assigned to contribute to overall sales and team results
Required Standards:
Self motivated and target driven
Good organisation and communication skills
Previous sales experience an advantage
Basic computer skills such as MS outlook and windows as well as typing skills
Ability to navigate corporate structures to identify decision makers and determine buying process
Ability to learn and think quickly
The ideal candidate must be a quick learner, self driven and posses a good appreciation for the internet & technology with a great blend of sales & high end customer service
Creative & problem solver; organized and multi-tasker; open to new projects and tasks
Demonstrate commitment and engagement through (and not limited to) seeking out additional responsibilities, volunteering for special projects, leading by example and in sharing knowledge and best practices, with flexibility and adaptability
Education:
Bachelor Degree
Experience:
4+ years related experience including:
A minimum of four years experience in one or more of the following areas a plus: internet company, financial institution, payments processor or telemarketing firm
Experience using Microsoft Office products including: Visio, Web Accept, Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience using an SFA system such as Gold Mine, ACT, Siebel or SalesForce.com also a plus
Excellent oral and written communication experience
Fluent in English and German
Proven experience working and contributing in a team environment
Proven and strong Inbound / outbound telesales experience within a high volume targeted environment
