You will be working in the European Media Delivery Team and be responsible for supporting and expanding the company's Direct and Inside Sales Clients. You will be responsible for implementing and supporting advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• To implement advertising campaigns sold by the company's account executives


• To support multiple Account Executives in a fast-paced start-up environment


• Schedule campaigns in the advertising Server


• Work with Account Managers, clients, and advertising agencies to gather, test and QA creative


• Work within a team of Account Executives and Account Managers to plan, manage, forecast and build a portfolio of business


• Report any technical issues and/or other campaigns discrepancies to advertising agencies and clients


• Optimise campaigns


• Ensure precise and timely delivery reports and invoicing


• Ensure minimal outstanding debt and/or credits


• Weekly reporting for clients and agencies


• Inventory and scheduling of advertisements

Requirements:

• Experience in Campaign Management role


• BA/BS Degree


• Fluency in Swedish and English


• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills (written and oral)


• Multi-tasking ability and strong attention to detail


• Experience using MS Office including Excel


• Strong computer application skills and a passion for the internet
