- HR Supervision of Temporary Staff
- Following up on a regular basis to ensure that the client is satisfied with staff performance
- Identifying any problems with staff and dealing with them promptly, firmly and professionally using appropriate resources, disciplinary and / or grievance procedures
- Developing and maintaining good relationships with the field staff to ensure loyalty and assist staff retention
- Ensuring retention of field staff through effective management of attendance, pay issues, holidays, development and motivational initiatives
- Arrange and deliver Manpower HR Training on orientation of new joiner.
- Supporting the Account Manager in building relationships with the client
- Building and maintaining quality relationships with client contacts
- Builds awareness of other potential business opportunities through effective relationships and informs and works with Account Manager to maximise potential.
- Demonstrates Manpower's service and capability to the client through professionalism, accuracy of reporting, participating in business reviews and meetings and dealing with staff issues in a timely way
- Maintaining skills and knowledge, ensuring knowledge of HR and Employment Law is current.
- Attention to detail - ensuring account is administered to perfection, reporting is accurate and done in a timely manner
- Pro-actively driving excellence on site
- Ensuring staff issues are handled appropriately and in a timely manner
- Ensuring accurate and effective management of payroll and other benefits
- Initiating and driving initiatives that support and ensure delivery of or contractual obligations and SLAs
- Maintaining regular contact with client to ensure full business potential is realised
- Addressing any problems as they happen, identifying (with Account Manager) possible solutions and implementing them quickly
- Developing client relationships through appropriate, well planned meetings
- Maintaining accurate, well organised documentation
- Maintaining communications with staff and client at all times
- Ensuring that complaint handling is resolved quickly and efficiently
- Participating in projects that may be associated with on initiatives such as engagement, motivation, retention, lateness etc
- Ensuring that all work is conducted in accordance with Manpower's values and standards
Please note, CIPD qualification is strongly preferred.
