My client, a global international online company, is currently seeking Spanish speaking analysts to join their expanding operations team to supporting the online advertising team.



Responsibilities


  • Provide support for all Online Sales ad products.

  • Help team to achieve revenue targets.

  • Gather customer feedback.

  • Monitor ad products purchased.

  • Identify trends to enhance the support process and improve team efficiency

Requirements


  • Fluency in Spanish and English essential.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Critical thinker.

  • Passionate about online communication.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
