Job Title: Ads Quality Associate

Job Overview.

My client is currently recruiting enthusiastic, web savvy individuals to work in cutting edge technologies in order to improve the quality of its advertisements.

You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the quality of advertisements that appear next to our organic search results. Other responsibilities would include developing and maintaining cross-functional relationships with product and engineering teams while executing on a broader ads strategy.

The ideal candidate will be detail orientated have strong analytical skills and bring innovative ideas to improve the overall quality of the ads. Candidates should be curious, passionate about process optimization and have a proven track record of exceptional performance, high productivity and meeting deadlines.

Positions are available for fluent speakers of one or more of the following languages: French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese and Turkish.

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree


• 1-2 years related experience in an internet company (web research experience a plus)


• understanding of HTML and JavaScript and familiarity with typical web practices.


• Familiarity with internet advertising


• Previous experience with a programming language such a Perlor Python a plus.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and identify low quality and scammy advertisers based on signals related to ads landing page quality and advertiser accounts.


• Collaborate with engineering teams to make large-scale quality improvements to ads and apps products


• Develop tools to automate and optimise process workflow


• Work on special projects and cross functional initiatives with the company.
