Spanish Media Delivery Analyst



My client a global leader in online communication is currently recruiting for a fluent speaking Spanish Media Delivery Analyst to join a busy growing media department.



Responsibilities:



  • To implement advertising campaigns sold by the company's account executives.

  • Support Account Executives in a fast-paced start-up environment.

  • Schedule campaigns in the advertising Server.

  • Work with account managers, clients, and advertising agencies to gather, test and QA creative.

  • Work within a team of account executives and account managers to plan, manage, forecast and build a portfolio of business.

  • Report any technical issues and/or other campaigns discrepancies to advertising agencies and clients.

  • Optimise campaigns.

  • Ensure precise and timely delivery reports and invoicing.

  • Weekly report writing for clients.

  • Inventory and scheduling of advertisements.

Requirements:



  • Experience in Campaign Management role.

  • Fluency in Spanish and English.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Communication skills.

  • Multi-tasking ability and strong attention to detail.

  • Experience using MS Office including Excel.

  • Strong computer application skills and a passion for the internet.
