Company: Our client is a large International Insurance Company based in South Dublin
Opportunity: As part of the German Customer Service Administration Dept, you will have the opportunity to:
- Be part of a friendly and happy team environment.
- Handle incoming telephone inquiries and requests from clients, Insurance Brokers and Sales Consultants.
- Excellent balance of Client Services and Administration.
- Processing a variety of financial and non-financial requests during the life cycle of a policy with a focus on Investments/Life Insurance.

- High spec office, systems and equipment.
Experience:
- Previous insurance or banking administration experience in a Customer Service Administration role
- Fluent German & English Speaker
