French Speaking Customer Service

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WITH FRENCH
Responsibilities
- Take orders by fax, phone, post, email and input to the company's order entry system
- Provide customers with prices as per the company's order entry system
- Supply customers with expected delivery dates or delivery status, airway bill numbers etc.
- Supply customers with product status (e.g. active, obsolete, etc)
- Deal with queries and process special orders for custom made devices
- Add or modify new customer details as needed
- Direct technical queries via the phone tree or other designated routes
- Process information and deal with follow-up queries on returns
- Process information and deal with follow-up queries on complaints
- Process requests for literature, catalogues, etc.
- Inform customer of account status, e.g. account on hold
- Communicate emergency orders/requests to various manufacturing plants using standard procedures
- Input special prices on the company's order entry system
- Update the order entry system with details regarding sales representatives links with particular hospitals. Generate reports as directed by the Customer Service Supervisor
- All functions to be carried out in compliance with the company's Quality Management Systems
Qualifications/Requirements
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent and relevant certificate/diploma.
- Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent data entry skills
· Computer literacy: Good working knowledge of Microsoft® Office.
· Fluency in one or more European languages (other than English
· Good written and spoken English language skills for those Representatives for whom English is not the mother language
· Fluency in English for those Representatives dealing with English speaking customers
· Positive attitude and proven problem-solving skills.
· Availability and willingness to travel on company business. Representatives may be required to spend time overseas for training purposes.
