The role:
· Respond to customer and affiliate inquiries made through email, online help form, postal mail or fax with occasional telephone support, promptly, professionally and accurately
· As 95% of communication with our customers is by e-mail, fluency in applicable languages at a written level is required.
· Troubleshoot and resolve all advanced technical inquiries including but not limited to download, installation, registration, game-play, and other issues with products and website through multiple points of contact
· Communicate technical and game-play resolutions to the team and other teams
· Maintain a current knowledge of all the mechanics, prices and policies for all Games products and services
Required Skills/Personal Requirements:
· 2+ years customer/technical support experience in a technical support call center or environment
· Fluent English plus German and French
· Knowledge of both Windows and Mac operating systems
· Knowledge of other game devices
· Strong internet and email skills, as well as Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Word)
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving abilities
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
