To help us do this we are looking to recruit a Senior Manager to work with our strategic clients. This role involves managing existing client relationships and creating tailored business solutions to meet client needs. With a primary responsibility for operational delivery this person will also work closely with our Ireland and UK Sales Team and with our International Account Teams.



An experienced Senior Manager, the successful candidate will play an integral role in the management of Manpower Ireland's diverse business teams. Reporting to the Managing Director, the role involves:



- Managing client relationships at Director level across the key accounts division of Manpower Ireland
- Delivering presentations to senior client contacts across operations, HR and procurement
- Contract negotiations on behalf of Manpower
- Creating innovative solutions for clients and working with the account teams to implement these solutions
- Attending regular business reviews with our strategic clients
- Managing and developing a diverse team of Account Managers and Recruitment and HR Professionals.




The successful candidate will have experience of managing client relationships at a senior level. We would expect them to have strong leadership skills and be motivated to win others' commitment. Whilst having the ability to build a structured plan he or she must also be able to take quick action in order to obtain immediate results when necessary. The suitable candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years experience in the recruitment industry and will be able to demonstrate extensive knowledge of the Irish market. With previous experience of managing large and diverse teams and the ability to influence decision makers and lead people, you should be educated to Degree/Masters level.
