This not for profit organization provides a critical role in providing housing in a range of innovative ways. You will play a key role in the delivery of family housing. This team provides training and support mechanisms to deliver successful solutions to vulnerable families.

In this position you will

• Co-ordinate the establishment, development and support of a programme.


• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of a Child Protection Policy.


• Liaise with other regional and national agencies to provide an integrated approach to the needs of families and children.


• Advocacy including championing family issues and needs.


• Manage, lead, and coach others.

Experience:

• 5+ years in management for a charity, not for profit organisation


• Experience in policy development and training programs.

Salary / Remuneration: 60 - 80K
