My client, one of the world's leading social networking websites, with users all over the world has opened its  European Headquarters in Dublin. They are currently seeking speakers of Czech and fluent English for exciting new roles. All applicants need to have a University degree

You will be responsible for maintaining user safety, and site understanding by responding to email inquiries and abuse reports. You will also be responsible for understanding, analyzing, and communicating patterns in user behavior to the rest of the company

Responsibilities:

• Respond to contacts from users regarding a variety of site issues


• Analyze user interaction with and communicate this analysis to others within the department


• Communicate effectively with other teams


• Maintain excellent customer service skills through timely response to emails and queries

Ideal candidates will speak fluent English as well as Czech; they will be outgoing and ambitious, with an University degree and a customer service attitude
