 Analyst, Customer Operations - Swedish or Norweigan (Dublin)

Description

Our client, a leading social networking site is seeking Swedish or Norweigan speaking analysts to join our Customer Operations team. Our Customer Operations team is dedicated to supporting and expanding Online Sales advertisers. Team members will be responsible for demonstrating the value of advertising solutions and providing pre and post sales support for all ad products. This position is full time and located in our Dublin office.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre and post sales support for all Online Sales ad products


• Help team to achieve revenue goals and advertiser acquisition targets


• Gather customer feedback to enhance ad products and customer experience


• Monitor and review ad products purchased


• Identify trends to enhance the support process and improve team efficiency


• Help grow the Customer Operations team in Dublin and the team's international focus

Requirements

• Fluency in written and conversational Swedish or Norweigan and English


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• BA/BS degree from a leading academic institution


• Critical thinker


• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task


• Avid social networking site user


• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment a plus


• Valid EU work authorization
