Our client, a leading social networking site is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to sell advertising solutions to large Swedish online advertisers. The ideal candidate will have experience selling cross-network online marketing solutions such as integrated sponsorships or display advertising. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing team, critical to our clients growth.
Responsibilities
· Build relationships through telephone calls with key decision makers from agreed client list which we currently has little or no relationship with
· Your key role will be to convince these clients to advertise our client through telephone and emailed proposals
· Upsell existing self service customers
· Prospect and penetrate large organizations to obtain branded advertising
· Assist in creating persuasive sales presentations using market trends, case studies and network solutions
· Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions for new and existing clients
· Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
· Prioritize and deliver timely, high quality work
· Reporting into the head of Inside Sales
· The success of this role will be based against exceeding sales, pricing and yield goals
Requirements
· 3-5years of Media Sales experience Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
· Relationships with top marketing decision makers at traditional companies and agencies
· Proven track record of reaching and exceeding media/advertising sales revenue goals
· Knowledge of social media, reseller channels and vertical markets a plus
· Demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
· Understand user behaviour and how technology works and the ability to explain each in ordinary terms
· Excellent communication skills - both written and oral
· Ability to get things done in challenging start up environment
· Great team player
