freelance Customer Service - french speaking

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE



Our client is looking to fill a vacancy for a fluent English/French speaking customer service representative to join our existing team based at our office in Castlebar Co Mayo. (If they could also speak Spanish that would be a bonus!).



This is a full time position which will be permanent on satisfactory completion of a probationary period.



The customer service representative will be responsible for resolving customer queries (non-technical), and identifying/maximising sales opportunities.



This key role includes:




  • Full ownership of customer queries and resolving them within the agreed timescales (queries are received via the telephone, e-mail and e-bay)

  • Dealing with requests for information

  • Processing e-bay orders

  • Non-Technical query resolution

  • Providing a high standard of customer service - keeping the customer informed at all times

  • Updating the client's data-base

  • Highlighting and closing additional cross- sales opportunities

  • Translating English text/advertising material into French text


The ideal applicant will possess -



· Excellent communication skills in both English and French (written and verbal)


· Previous experience in a customer service role


· Confident telephone manner


· Ability to keep calm under pressure


· Accurate keyboard skills with attention to detail and basic PC knowledge


· A team player with a good sense of humour



The annual salary for this position will be €22,000 per annum pro-rata .



InYou have a first experience in a call center. You have knowledge of internet and new technologies. Ability to use Microsft Office/Exchange and salesforce
